General Practice Cases (RC 3180079), registered office 25 Itayemi Street, Surulere, Lagos, provides healthcare ancillary operations services to organisations and operates the MediKonnekt telemedicine platform.

This website describes our services. Its content is general information, not medical advice. We may update it at any time.

3. Healthcare operations services

Quality management, facility management, supply chain, security, certification & accreditation services, and the supply of diagnostic and life-care equipment, are provided under a written proposal, quotation or contract agreed with each client, which sets out the scope, deliverables, fees (in naira), payment terms and timelines. Those agreed terms prevail over this page.

4. MediKonnekt (telemedicine and home visits)

Use of MediKonnekt is governed by the MediKonnekt Terms of Service at medikonnekt.ng/terms. In summary: consultation fees are set by each provider and shown in naira before payment; payments are made online through our payment processor; bookings are confirmed once payment is verified; and cancellations and refunds follow our refund policy. MediKonnekt is not an emergency service — in an emergency, call 112.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store card details. Prices are in Nigerian naira and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
