This policy explains how General Practice Cases ("GPC", "we") handles personal information collected through this website. Our telemedicine platform, MediKonnekt, has its own detailed privacy policy at medikonnekt.ng/legal, which applies to patients and providers using it.

What we collect on this website

Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, organisation, email address, phone number and message. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and manage our relationship with you. We do not sell your information.

Legal basis

We process your information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 — to respond to your request and for our legitimate business interests, or with your consent where required.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run this website and our email (for example, website hosting and email providers), under appropriate safeguards. Some may store data outside Nigeria. We share information with authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years, or longer where they become part of a contract or where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by emailing hellomk@generalpracticecases.org. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
